Procreate Project X AIR Gallery presents the Procreate Project Archive arts trail. Featuring a selection of artworks from around the world, the aim of the trail is to raise awareness and visibility of artists/parents to try and promote systemic change for better representation, opportunities and accessibility in the arts for this group. The archive and subsequent trail is a way for parents and womxn to re-occupy public spaces and was created in response to the isolation and invisibility of unpaid care work. This nationwide trail is taking place so far in Oxford, Levisham and now Manchester.

Cass Arts Manchester
As the base location for a miniature arts trails- we are hosting a micro exhibition called ReProduce in the basement of CassArts.
The overall arts trail is a way for womxn to re-occupy public spaces and was started in response to the isolation and invisibility of unpaid care work. The exhibition at Cass Arts will raise awareness and visibility of artists/parents to try and promote systemic change for better representation, opportunities and accessibility in the arts for this group.
The show will be a combination of photography, textiles, drawings and paintings with a wall dedicated to the Procreate project archive- showing a selection of their collection. The archive contains a mix of artistic mediums from poets, writers, visual arts, performers, photographers and is a diverse range of artists of different nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identifications, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds and a variety of ages.
Accompanying the exhibition will be a selection of free handouts providing information and resources for artists/parents that they might not be aware of.
